Hello to all! I am Rasheed Hamiid Akir aka Po8t4life. However to alot of people i am known as John Birdow my name before i changed it some years ago! This site has been put together to introduce my new book to the world. " MY, ART,LIFE,WORDS" This book is a collection of poems written over a period of 30 plus years.It covers love ,life ,death and the blackman"s experience. There is something for everyone who likes to read poetry in this book. I hope you enjoy reading my book and refer it to all of your friends.
